This wonderful client in mid-Kent are restructuring their working week for a better work life balance and moving all of their vets onto a 4 day week. There is no overnight emergency call outs, just the care of their own inpatients.
They are therefore in a position to be looking to recruit an enthusiastic vet to join their current team of 8 vets and 15 nurses. An interest in medicine or cardiology with a minimum of a years’ UK experience would be ideal.
You shall be enthusiastic and a good team player who enjoys the challenges of 1st opinion work in an exceptionally well equipped hospital including on-site CT, DR dental X-ray, endoscopy, rigid & flexible and upgraded ultrasound, to name but a few.
The hospital is located in the garden of England, with easy access to London, Gatwick and Europe, surrounded by stunning countryside.

Our client in Central Kent require an experienced veterinary surgeon to join their team in a Lead Vet capacity. The successful candidate will have around 3-5 years experienced gained in the UK and will be looking to progress into their their first senior role or already in a senior vet position. For vets venturing into their first role, support would be offered to all those applicants nervous of this next step.
The team of vets is 3 strong and all vets work a 4 day week with a one in three Saturday rota. There are no OOH's with this position. There are 6 in the nursing team including students.
Practice equipment include digital X-Ray, endoscopy and ultrasound. In addition, access is easily available to MRI and CT.
CPD will be supported in any small animal discipline up to certificate level.
