Large Hertfordshire based independent practice, looking for a new RVN, they are interested to speak to the recently qualified upwards, but ideally they would like an experienced Head Nurse who is able to take on the day to day organisation, and concentrate the nursing team on providing the very best in patient care.
The practice is well equipped and facilities include ultrasound with doppler, ECG, Endoscopes and anesthesia monitoring
You will have excellent communication and leadership skills
This role is based on a 40 hour weeks and would include 1 night a week, working from 4pm through the night, with opportunity to rest if the workload allows, with time off the following day.
all day shifts would be 8 hours and weekends would be 1 Saturday, 1 Sunday and 1 full weekend across a 6 week rota

Our independent client in Hertfordshire require a Head Nurse to join their team. Based in the main 24 hour hospital, you would be involved in the day to day running of the nursing duties of the hospital as well as routine admin for the wider group, such as nurse rota's. Working with a team of around 9 nurses, our client is looking for a nurse who has either senior/head nurse experience, or an experienced nurse with the ambition and drive to take on a senior role as new challenge.
