This is a well equipped stand alone branch practice, however the the successful candidate will have access to additional equipment and clinical knowledge from other local practices in the group.
The practice is busy, with around 1500 registered clients and they also do lots of feline charity work.
London and the greater Essex areas are easily commutable.

The rota is worked on a 4 day 1/6 weekend pattern with no OOH's. The salary is upto 60k
This established 24 hour practice based in Essex have a vacancy for a night vet with a great rota. Working only 7 nights with the following 14 off, this role offers real flexibility for someone who enjoys a great working life balance alongside being part of a hard working team who deal with a wide range of routine and unusual cases, including offering orthopedics and complex soft tissue surgery. Equipment includes endoscopes and laparoscopes, digital X-Ray, 2 operating theatres, ultrasound etc
They require an experienced surgeon who is capable of dealing with emergency and routine work and will able to confidently work in occasional sole charge. This role averages at 32 hours per week, generous CPD can be provided and many benefits are on offer

All levels of experience will be considered, however you must already be graduated and ideally confident with a small amount of sole charge. But the team do have a good track record on supporting developing vets. The most important feature in any new recruit will be their enthusiasm to forge great relationships with the clients.
The vacancy is full time with no OOH’s and weekends on a 1:3 basis, but they can consider part time hours for the right candidate
