The vets have quite varied interests with most liking to do a bit of everything. The team do complete fairly complex surgeries and medicine workups. Holiday allowance is 5-weeks prorated plus birthday and bank holidays off. They are also passionate about ensuring we are striving for gold standard patient care. The practice also have monthly team meetings and morbidity and mortality meetings. They encourage the use of Vetsafe and use the data to evaluate our practice and make necessary changes.

The team is incredible, everyone is really friendly and ready to help each other. There is no tension within the team and they are all good friends outside of work too. In normal times they would have meals/ evenings out. The team have a group book club (currently run on zoom!), In the past they have organised 'retreats' where they go away to a cottage for a weekend for a break, they go for walks and one of our vets is responsible for their wellbeing diary where exercise classes, yoga, art etc is put in the diary and anyone can join in.
