Full Time Small Animal Locum Vet - August and September

Our client is looking for a full time,small animal locum vet to cover dates in August and the last two weeks in September.

This is a very busy multi vet practice with an excellent local reputation. Ideally any dates in August would be beneficial and our client can be very flexible with working patterns. The normal working pattern is 8.30am - 7pm and there are no out of hours or weekends. Our client can also provide accommodation if required.Our client is looking for a full time,small animal locum vet to cover dates in August and the last two weeks in September.

Our client Nottinghamshire, just off the M1 have a vacancy for a part time veterinary surgeon to join their team. The ideal working hors are 32, however they are flexible overt this. Candidates need to have enough experience to handle short periods of sole charge without concern and be comfortable with some routine surgical and medical procedures/conditions. For candidates requiting mentorship or support this will be offered. For those experienced vets happy to be just left alone this will also be welcomed. This is a small animal, first opinion practice employing one addition vet and a friendly nursing team. OOH's are covered by VetsNow and the rota will involve Saturdays on a rota basis, approx 1 in 3.

Out Nottinghamshire based client require an additional, experienced veterinary surgeon to join their team. I ideally joining them with around 2 years experience, so happy with routine surgeries and medical cases. Confident vets with less than 2 years will be considered provided they are happy with these case and occasional bouts of sole charge. There are no OOH's with this role an the client offers a 4 day week with 1:6 weekends. The team consists of 3 vets and 6 nurses.

Our 100% small animal client in Nottingham require a senior veterinary surgeon to join their team of 5 vets - plans to expand immediately to 7 vets. Currently the vets work a 5 day week but this is reducing to a 4 day week once the current vacancies are filled. Working closely with the Clinical Director, you will assist in setting the clinical standard of this large practice, developing junior vets and nurses as developing best practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced veterinary surgeon looking for their first step into a senior, but supported role. This large practice has fully separated canine and feline areas, multiple consult rooms, digital x-ray ultrasound, full Idexx kit etc etc as well as a dedicated dental suite. As well as a very generous salary, the successful vet will enjoy 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, upto 1500 CPD (5 Days) RCVS and VDS funded. There are no OOH's and only 1/4 weekends.
