Full Time RVN for Progressive Practice - The Wirral
This progressive and highly successful practice based on the Wirral are looking for an experienced RVN to join their team on a permanent basis.
Due to growth the team are currently looking for a full time RVN to join their main branch just 5 miles from the hustle and bustle of Liverpool city centre.
The size, location and varied caseload means this client can support a range of skill sets and continued professional development aspirations. The team offer superior care and a wide range of routine primary care services, they are a veterinary nurse training practice and provide placement facilities for undergraduate degree-level nurses and student veterinary surgeons.
Each branch has a lead RVN and the team have a Clinical Nursing Manager covering all branches and so you will have all the support you need.
To be successful in this role you need a minimum of 1 years’ experience as an RVN in Small Animal practice, will have a high level of nursing skills and be able to manage your workload effectively. You will be required to work in a set rota:
• Rolling set 4-week rota
• 5 day per week average
• 40 hours per week average
• 1 in 4 weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
• Weekday shifts are 9:30am – 6:30pm or 8:30am – 5:30pm (1h lunch)
• Weekend shifts are 8:30am – 5:30pm (1h lunch)
On offer for the right candidate is a generous salary-dependent upon experience, 5 weeks holiday per year + birthday leave day, VDS cover, RCVS fees paid plus employee discounts and other reward schemes.
