Progressive practice based in Lincoln require a new vet to join the partners in practice. They are looking for someone who is proactive and confident with both medicine and surgery.
They look after their team and work is structured to ensure a good lunch hour and on time finishing, in the event that this doesn’t happen they operate an overtime system. They work with 15 minute consults and book many to 30 mins to give enough time to work up cases and have clinical freedom.
The vacancy is for a full time vet to work 4 days a week with 1:3 weekends shared between the vets, they are also happy to consider other flexible hours and are generous with CPD up to certificate level.
They can also consider more recently graduated vets and will discuss sponsorship options if required for vets with good levels of expertiseThere are NO OOH’s and they an accommodate a salary up to 55k for the right person

Full or Part Time Small Animal Vet - Lincolnshire Coastal Town
Our client has a 3 site, 6 vet, Tier 2 accredited small animal practice based in the Lincolnshire coastal town.
The clinics 3 Directors are all certificate holders, including medicine, surgery and an Advanced Practitioner in Veterinary Dermatology, taking referrals from within the practice and other surrounding practices. The clinic wees a varied and exciting caseload and actively encourage case continuity. As well as the usual Digital Radiography, fully equipped operating theatres and ultrasound at all 3 branches, they also have endoscopes, full plating and pinning equipment for orthopaedics and an in house lab at a nearby site.
They are well equipped to support your professional interests whether your career goals are to be that of an allrounder GP Vet, or whether you wish to pursue a surgical, medicine, imaging, dermatology, or exotics certificate. Maybe you are simply looking for a more flexible role with a better work/life balance, this client can support you with this. There is a friendly, dedicated and welcoming team who are keen to all support each other.The working day consists of consulting or operating between 9am - 1pm, the Vet team swap over at 11 am so you have the chance to operate every day. You will then have some time to catch up on notes and have a well-earned lunch break before afternoon consulting starts again at 2:30pm until 5pm. This is a full time role for 4.5 days per week, no weekends, Bank Holidays or OOH’s. Part time applications welcome and flexible hours also considered where the needs of the practice are met.

Small Animal Vet in a Hospital-near Spalding
Our client has a successful and well-established clinic near Spalding and due to continued success are looking for a full time experienced Small Animal Vet to join their team.
The role is based predominantly at the main hospital however it will also include some branch work. There is a large and varied case load of both medical and surgical cases, and you would have clinical freedom. The practice has a spacious, well equipped hospital and three satellite branches. The current team have vets who have completed or are studying towards further qualifications in soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, dermatology, ECC, and ophthalmology. Cases are discussed daily at clinical rounds and support is always available. The hospital has recently been extended and is well equipped with top class imaging (digital x-ray, CT scanner, ultrasound, video endoscope including laparoscopic kit), a wide range of surgical and orthopaedic equipment including Ex-fix and TTA kits, four sterile theatres, dental x-ray, ECG, tonopen and slit lamp, Class 4 laser, extensive lab, spacious dog and cat kennels and a large isolation area. Each branch has biochem, haematology, UA and microscope, a sterile theatre, with imaging available.
The role would be split between consulting, operating, work ups, hospital/inpatient care and out of hours duties. Sole charge will be required during out of hours and occasionally during branch shifts. There is a high orthopaedic caseload through the practice, and there would be room for another surgeon to develop their skills in this area. Equally an interest in imaging would be encouraged. Postgraduate studies in all areas are encouraged and supported. The position is for 42 hours per week, weekends on a 1:4 rota and OOH’s which normally equates to 7 nights over a 12 week period.The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and motivated vet with some experience. You will be skilled at communicating with clients and colleagues and share our passion for excellent client and patient care. You will be able to work within our busy team to provide the top-quality veterinary care that you are proud of. Confidence with sole charge OOH shifts is expected. An interest in orthopaedics would also be an advantage but is not essential.
