Experience vet required for progression to clinical director/further management

This multi site practice is based in the area between Coventry and Birmingham, easily accessible from towns such as Leamington Spa, Redditch, Nuneaton, Solihull, Bromsgrove and more.
They are seeking to recruit an experienced small animal vet who is looking to step up, and begin to take on practice responsibilities. Ideally stepping up to the clinical director role within a relatively short period if time, with further company progression available. Access to clinical director training and development training programms will be provided.
You will be experienced in all aspects of routine practice and must have the desire to progress quickly to take on responsibility for the clinical development of the practice and team.
The team of over ten vets, includes a surgery certificate holder and those studying for SAM and Imaging qualifications, alongside various personal interests including exotics, dermatology, Endchrinology and Emergency and critical care. The practice facilities are excellent and as clinical director you would be expected to drive the progression to provide an even better offering for thier clients.
