Our client in South Gloucestershire are looking for a Clinical Director due to their current practice lead taking a step back. This is a very exciting and progressive time to join this practice as they have development and expansion on the horizon and would like someone with a genuine passion and enthusiasm for the industry to join them.

Having an interest in aiding practice progression would be beneficial. A key part to this is to encourage the existing team to continuously improve and learn. They work hard to provide gold standard clinical care and the best customer service to their loyal clientele and would like to keep this consistent.

The practice is based rurally, just a short drive from Gloucester, in a beautiful small town on the edge of the Cotswolds and with great transport links, just off the J13/14 M5, making it easily commutable from Gloucester, Bristol, and Cheltenham.

This great opportunity would be ideal for an experienced Small Animal Vet who is looking to take the next step in their career, and the team are looking forward to welcoming someone new to lead their supportive team. This is a pivotal and exciting chapter in the story of the practice.

The team see a wide range of patients with a varied and interesting workload. Their clients are loyal and engaged with the practice and community is really at the heart of what they do, and this is recognised the clientele.

This is a full time role, working a 40-hour week Monday to Friday, with a shared Saturday morning rota, creating an enviable work/life balance. They team would also be open to part time and job share applications for the right candidate.

Salary is up to 70k depending on experience plus 6 weeks holiday (including Bank Holidays), flexible working considered for the right candidate, 1750 CPD allowance per annum – more if a certificate holder, Health Shield membership and Professional memberships and VDS cover paid.
