Busy cutting edge practice South Yorkshire, require confident night vet, 7 on 7 off

Experienced Night Vet required for cutting edge practice based in South Yorkshire.

This progressive 24-hour practice are looking for a night vet to join their Night Rota, across the business they have a team of fifteen vets plus support staff and are a great supportive and friendly practice. The rota is 7 nights on 7 off and you will be involved in all aspects of routine surgical and medical practice plus emergency and critical care cases. Ideally you will have an interest or certificate in the area, however this can be supported for the right person. The team includes Certificate holders and others who are currently studying

Facilities include all the usual equipment such as Ultrasound and Digital X-Ray, but also a full endo-surgery suite, orthopaedic surgical equipment, hydrotherapy and CT scanner, and the practice have recently opened a new extension to take referrals too

Salary package can be very competitive with many benefits

Our South Yorkshire client require an additional, experienced veterinary surgeon to join their dedicated night service. Working 7 nights on followed by 14 nights off, the successful candidate will enjoy fantastic work life balance. This is an established out of hours service so very busy. The role would suit someone who is working towards a CertECC or who would be interested in pursuing one. Equipment and facilities at the practice include: Full body CT Scanner Digital X-Ray Ultrasound Full, in-house labs 2 Theatres 3 Consult rooms Large prep area This role would suit a vet with 3 or more years experience who has other commitments, travel, study, hobbies and wants to maximise their time off in between working shifts
