My lovely client in North Norfolk is looking to welcome an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to its established and welcoming team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a varied clinical role, a supportive working environment and a healthier work-life balance.
The spacious practice has built a loyal client base and prides itself on maintaining high clinical standards while creating a friendly atmosphere for both clients and colleagues. The successful candidate will enjoy a good level of clinical autonomy, although some sole-charge work will be required.
The position is offered on a full-time basis, working 40 hours across four days, with a occasional Saturday rota.  Importantly, there are no out-of-hours commitments, helping to provide a more manageable balance between work and home life. Part-time and flexible working arrangements can also be considered.
Located in a peaceful village near King’s Lynn, the practice provides an attractive setting for those looking to enjoy both countryside and coastal living. The Norfolk coast is around 20 minutes away, while Cambridge can be reached in approximately 40 minutes, with convenient rail connections to Cambridge, Ely and London.
Great benefits available including health insurance, CPD both budget and time, encouragement and support for certificates. RCVS, VDS and BVA fees are covered, while relocation assistance and visa sponsorship may be available for eligible applicants.
This role would suit an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking for clinical independence, a close-knit team and a rewarding position without the demands of out-of-hours work.
