Their team currently consists of over 30 members, inclusive of 9 Vets, 7 RVNs and 3 SVNs, as well as a highly supportive management team across our two branches (which are approx. 5 miles apart). Clinical excellence is at the core of everything they do, as well as providing the highest standards of patient and client care for their loyal clientele.
The practice itself is equipped to a high standard, with all the mod cons you would expect of RCVS accreditation, including digital x-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab and Class IV Therapeutic Laser. One of our nurses also offers physiotherapy sessions. They really support the Vets and Nurses to follow their interests and have a generous CPD allowance to fund this.
They are open to all experience levels and flexible regarding full/part time, their full-time team members work a 4-day week. Ideally, their new team member would be part of a 1:3 weekend rota and a fair (during the week) on call rota, as they cover their own OOH requirements to provide consistency in care for their patients.
They can also provide accommodation for the right candidate:
