Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon – 
My lovely client in Lincoln is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Veterinary Surgeon to lead its talented team and support the continued development of clinical excellence within the practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated veterinary professional to take a leadership role within the surgery’s management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving improvements in clinical standards, supporting colleagues through coaching and development, and helping to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care across the practice.
The successful candidate will join a modern, purpose-built veterinary practice equipped with excellent facilities and the latest technology to support the team in delivering outstanding care around the clock.
The practice has been designed to provide a high-quality working environment where veterinary professionals can continue to develop their skills and expand the services offered to clients and patients.
The team includes colleagues with a wide range of clinical interests and specialisms, with many members actively working towards additional certificates to enhance their expertise. The practice prides itself on having a friendly, supportive culture, with a team that regularly gets together

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. They will be passionate about maintaining high standards of patient care while working towards a shared vision of becoming a centre of clinical excellence.
The role offers a flexible working pattern of four days per week, including a 1:4 weekend rota. There are no out-of-hours requirements; however, the Head Vet will be expected to provide on-call support when overnight inpatients are being cared for. Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience.
