Full-Time Small Animal Vet – Cardiff
Salary: £36,000 – £66,000 DOE

My client are looking for a passionate Small Animal Vet to join their supportive, forward-thinking practice in Cardiff, who strive to provide

•    A friendly, collaborative team who love clinical discussions and case reviews
•    15-minute consultations + dedicated admin time for lab work and follow-ups
•    Dedicated ops days so you can work up your own cases
•    A loyal, established client base with the chance to build strong relationships
•    Full support for developing vets (with multiple certificate holders on-site)
•    A varied caseload, ideal for vets working towards a certificate
•    A flexible rota: 4 days per week, 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, no out-of-hours
About them
They are a busy, RCVS-accredited first opinion practice with two well-equipped branches just 3 miles apart, each offering full surgical and diagnostic facilities.
The brilliant team includes:
8 FTE vets (including 2 VetGDP mentors)
12 RVNs, 1 SVN, and 4 ANAs
