Basingstoke Opportunity
My client is excited to announce the opening of a brand-new Basingstoke practice, The clinic features all the latest equipment, including digital X-ray, ultrasound, and an Idexx in-house lab. They offer dedicated surgical suites for our team and our visiting referral specialists.
They are looking for confident, experienced vets (minimum two years) to join a growing team. While the initial rota includes sole charge, you'll work closely with the other vet, as well as visiting orthopaedic and soft tissue referral surgeons. Plus, you’ll have access to a supportive network of 25 vets and 100+ staff across the group—not to mention the excellent team on-site.
My Client is proud to be an independent and growing veterinary group that’s been reshaping the veterinary sector for over fifteen years. They’re not driven by profit—but a family-owned business that puts people and pets first. With thirteen practices and counting, They offer the strength and stability of a larger group while maintaining the personal touch and flexibility of an independent practice. And independent is how they plan to stay.
They believe in transparency, fairness, and freedom and don’t tie the team into restrictive joint venture schemes or hidden contracts. Instead, they lead by example with market-leading salaries, generous holiday allowances (up to six weeks annually), and a commitment to reinvesting in both  people and practices. Every ten years, we carry out major refurbishments across our clinics to ensure our facilities stay fresh and up to date—just one example of a long-term investment strategy.
Team loyalty is built on mutual respect and tailored roles. By listening to your needs and creating a job that works for you. There’s no on-call, and a flexible rotas support a healthy work-life balance so you stay motivated and energised.
