New and exciting vacancy working with my independent client based in North West London, easily accessible from Pinner, Harrow, Ruislip, Uxbridge and Slough

They have a great opportunity for an RVN to join them working as a theatre manager, based at their hospital site.
You would work shifts of either 8-5 or 9-6 with No lates and a Saturday Contribution of only 1:10 with a full day off in the following week.
This role would involve managing both the environment and the staff working in the theatre. You would ensure the smooth and efficient running of the ops list by maintaining stock levels and managing the continued maintenance of any equipment within it, you would make sure that all staff have the appropriate training and development to operate equipment and are also trained in CPR and any other relevant safety procedures.

This is a group of 7 branch practices plus a Tier 2 Accredited RCVS Hospital who are proud of their independence. They are currently a team of 15 vets and 25 nurses who invest in their practices according to their clients’ needs and can immediately develop services and facilities in response to local issues, client feedback and advances in veterinary medicine. In addition, having a number of local branches means the team can bring their expertise into communities knowing that their main site is not far away should a pet need hospitalisation, advanced surgery or more extensive diagnostics.

The team sees a varied caseload and a range of surgical procedures. At the hospital they have full facilities including an in-house X-ray machine and ultrasound and carry out advanced surgical and medical work-ups including CT scanning, cardiology, key hole surgery and orthopaedics. They are lucky enough not to refer much out as the team have Certificate Holders and Advance Practitioners based here.
Amongst the vet team they have certificate holders in surgery, dermatology, diagnostic imaging and vets currently working towards certificates in surgery and cardiology. This is a team who want you as an individual to learn and grow your skills and are happy to invest in your progress.

You must either be or happy to train as a clinical coach and they support and encourage your professional development with a generous CPD Allowance:
Fully Funded Certificates: Pursue your passion by gaining certificates with full financial support.
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse with this practice, you will be a key member of the team
If you're interested in learning, growing, and thriving in a supportive environment, this is the place for you!
