• No OOH or late evenings – consults finish half an hour before closing to give you time to wrap up without staying late.
• Protected lunch breaks and flexible consult styles – your wellbeing and work-life balance are a real priority here.
• A varied caseload including exotics, small furries, and dentistry, with clinical freedom encouraged.
• Regular team huddles and catch-ups to share ideas and keep communication open and easy.
They are also an approved training practice and have a Vet GDP Advisor, so whether you're an experienced vet or a recent graduate, you’ll be fully supported to thrive.

Your Role
• Deliver outstanding care across medical and surgical cases (a surgical bias is welcome but not required)
• Work collaboratively with a team of 5 RVNs, 1 SVN, and a full support crew including VCA, Hygiene Technician and Pharmacy Assistant
• Build long-term relationships with clients and their pets
• Enjoy clinical freedom, supported by a leadership team who truly listen

They are Looking For
• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon (open to both experienced vets and recent graduates)
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Passionate about teamwork and personal development
• Minimum commitment of 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am–12pm), with no OOHs
• Full-time or part-time applicants welcome

• Up to £75,000 salary (dependent on experience and hours)
• Private health insurance
• Generous CPD allowance + funding towards certificates
• Birthday off, plus 5.6 weeks holiday rising to 6.6 weeks after 2 years
