Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking for a new challenge? This well-established team in Tamworth. They have a stable team where some staff have been with them for over 20 years! They are offering a competitive salary of up to £70,000 (FTE, DOE) for the right person to join them
They are a thriving, family-owned practice located just 15 miles north of Birmingham. Recently refurbished, the practice is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including ultrasound, dental, and digital X-ray facilities. They have a varied caseload and enjoy a fantastic local reputation that continues to grow.
You’ll be working with a supportive and collaborative team, including 2 Partners 4 vets, 6 nurses, 3 receptionists, and 2 practice managers. They have a strong clinical Team and would benefit from vets with a desire to progress in other disciplines, to help the practice grow and expand it’s caseload
The Role:
This is an ideal role for an experienced vet who is passionate about surgery and looking to expand their skills. You’ll work 4 days a week, with a 1 in 3 Saturday rota, and no Sundays or out-of-hours work—ensuring a great work-life balance. Part-time hours can also be considered for the right candidate.
In this role, you’ll need to be a proactive vet with excellent surgical, medical, and consultation skills. You’ll have the opportunity to take sole charge when needed and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. A genuine enthusiasm for animal welfare and a commitment to delivering outstanding client care is essential.
• Salary: Up to £70,000 (depending on experience, full-time equivalent)
• Flexible Work: 4-day week with 1 in 3 Saturdays, no OOH, and part-time options available
