A well-established and rapidly expanding veterinary group in Paisley and Greenock is looking to welcome a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to their team. The practices are known for their friendly, supportive culture, strong collaboration across sites, and a focus on clinical excellence, making it an exciting time to join as they invest in new facilities and services.

The team spans two locations and includes a mix of veterinarians, nurses, receptionists, administrative staff, and management. Clinical expertise across the group is extensive, with services including ophthalmology led by a certificate-holding Clinical Director, acupuncture, laparoscopic procedures, weekly veterinary sonography, and monthly cardiology clinics.

Both practices are undergoing significant upgrades: the Paisley site is expanding with two theatres, a dental suite, additional consult rooms, a dedicated x-ray area, and expanded lab facilities, while the Greenock branch is refurbishing its ward kennels, cattery, and isolation areas.

The group emphasizes wellbeing and team spirit, hosting weekly social activities, regular team outings, and joint celebrations such as a Christmas party. Work-life balance is supported, with vets receiving a full week off following on-call duties.

As part of the VetPartners network, staff have access to specialist support and the VetPartners Learning Hub, along with a generous CPD allowance and structured career development opportunities. The practices are proud to foster a collaborative, progressive environment recognized with the VetPartners Employer of the Year award.

The role offers flexibility in working hours to suit individual needs, providing an opportunity for a veterinarian who values high-quality patient care, professional development, and a supportive team environment to grow with a forward-thinking and expanding veterinary group.
