This practice in Llanelli are a hardworking yet fun team of three experienced vets (with 30+, 14, and 8 years in the field), with a new graduate joining soon. The practice is supported by four skilled nurses, one student nurse, and five friendly receptionists. They pride ourselves on teamwork and always putting the animals first—no financial targets, just quality care.
•    Teamwork: They support each other, discuss cases, and share expertise.
•    Work-Life Balance: Enjoy 1-hour paid lunch breaks, flexible shift options, and 30 minutes paid after closing so you can leave on time—or even early!
•    Patient-Centered Care: Non-routine appointments are 20 minutes, and routine appointments are 15 minutes. Emergencies are rare, but they're ready when they arise.
•    Flexibility: Choose full-time or part-time, specific days, or longer/shorter shifts—whatever fits your lifestyle.
•    Career Development: Opportunities for growth, including CPD allowance and support for certificates (one of the vets is currently pursuing a small animal medicine certificate).
•    Excellent Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
•    Generous Holiday: 5.6 weeks including bank holidays, with an extra week after two years.
