I have a great practice seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly, long-established practice in Folkestone, a lively seaside town that offers an appealing blend of coastal living and convenient access to London in under an hour. In this role, the Lead Veterinary Surgeon will be instrumental in shaping the direction of the practice, guiding and mentoring a dedicated team, and maintaining exceptional standards of patient and client care. The ideal candidate will be a qualified MRCVS with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and client care, ready to make a meaningful impact within a supportive practice environment. Day to day, the Lead Veterinary Surgeon will deliver outstanding clinical care through consultations and surgical procedures, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and operational standards. They will create bespoke treatment plans in partnership with clients, work collaboratively with colleagues, and share their knowledge and expertise to inspire and develop others.
