This opportunity is ideal for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Veterinary Surgeon who is ready to progress into a more influential leadership position within clinical practice. This is an RCVS-accredited practice based in North Wiltshire, operating across several branches with a central Tier 3 hospital in Chippenham. The practice is recognised for its high clinical standards, modern facilities, and a skilled, collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Its location also provides convenient access to major transport links, making commuting straightforward and offering easy connections to nearby cities and the surrounding countryside.
The role is full-time, based on a 38-hour working week across four weekdays, with a small additional commitment to a weekend rota. A salary of up to £75,000 is offered, depending on experience.

Effective communication, time management, and the ability to handle client concerns with professionalism and empathy are essential aspects of the position.
