Veterinary Surgeons with a strong interest in Emergency and Critical Care are sought to join the night service at a newly developed 24/7 hospital in Warrington. The role is suited to clinicians who thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by the challenges and variety that ECC work brings.
The out-of-hours service is designed to be more accessible to pet owners, supported by a transparent pricing model that includes an £79 consultation fee. Night clinicians benefit from close integration with the hospital’s daytime first opinion and referral teams, ensuring seamless continuity of care and strong clinical support across all hours of operation.
The Warrington hospital represents a major new development within a growing veterinary group. Purpose-built as a modern 24/7 facility, it has been designed to support first opinion, referral, and emergency services under one roof. The hospital includes multiple consultation rooms, dedicated wards for both dogs and cats, isolation facilities, several operating theatres, a fully equipped dental suite, advanced diagnostic areas, and digital imaging capabilities. Alongside its clinical design, the hospital provides high-quality staff facilities intended to support wellbeing and teamwork in a comfortable working environment.

Both full-time and part-time applicants are considered, with night shifts typically running from 18:30 to 07:30. Salaries are based on a 40-hour full-time equivalent.
