This London Head Nurse position spans two neighboring branches located just one mile apart, with time divided evenly between the two sites across the working week.
The role includes a shared weekend rota, which may involve one in three Saturdays at a branch, one in three Saturdays or Sundays or one in six full weekends at the hospital closeby. In addition, there is a requirement to contribute to a small number of bank holiday shifts each year, typically two to three, along with participation in a limited number of on-call weeks annually. The role would suit an RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse with a strong commitment to high standards of patient and client care. The successful candidate will be a confident and capable leader, able to motivate and support colleagues effectively. The position is designed to offer more than just a structured rota, with a strong emphasis on professional development and wellbeing.
