Our independent client, based near Wickford in Essex is now looking for a Full Time Small Animal Vet to join their team

Ideally this is a full-time position for 4 or 5 days per week, whichever suits your needs.  Shifts are either 8:30-5:30 /10:30-7:30 /12-21:00  and flexibility is available to help achieve a fantastic work/life balance.  Weekends are on a 1 in 3 rota with 2 days in lieu given for working a weekend. There are some very rare 9am – 7pm sole charge days.  You will be part of Bank Holiday rota but days in lieu given for working Bank Holidays, which equates to 2 per annum.

You will have at least 2 years UK experience and be confident with routine surgery and consults.  You must be comfortable with very infrequent periods of sole charge.   

The practice covers their own out of hours providing great continuity in care, but this is covered by a separate team.  The practice has state of the art facilities and are keen support team members to follow their passions.  The practice has good GP, fertility and ECC case load.

The client offers a competitive package with a salary dependent on experience, 28 days annual leave per annum inclusive of Bank Holidays, CPD allowance and RCVS and VDS fees paid for.
