Full Time Small Animal Vet - 10 mins from Norfolk Coast

Located on the beautiful North Norfolk coast our client are looking for an enthusiastic, small animal veterinary surgeon to join their team on a full-time basis. 

This is a forward thinking team located in a Georgian town and has been part of the local community since the 1960’s, providing the highest standard of veterinary care for their pets, whilst offering a friendly personal touch.

The practice has great facilities including separate cat and dog waiting area and wards. The practice team consists of 6 Vets, 6 RVN's, 2 SVN and 2 ANA's as well as a team of 5 customer support staff.

The position comes with a rota that allows for a great work/life balance. You will be working a four-day week and must be confident and competent in your abilities as a first opinion vet, working to high clinical standards. You will be required to provide cover at a local branch practice, one morning or evening but there is no OOH commitment as the team have now outsourced the OOH, however some inpatient support during the week would be preferable but negotiable. 

The ideal candidate will have some post-graduation experience, so someone who may be looking to move from their first practice since graduating or someone who is looking to expand their experience of small animal practice in a supportive environment. The practice sees a broad caseload providing opportunities to expand your knowledge and CPD is encouraged and well supported with an excellent CPD budget and additional staff benefits.

You will be encouraged to develop your specific interests and the client will support you every step of the way, including the study to certificate level.

In return the practice can provide a competitive salary of up to £63K pa dependent on experience, a welcome bonus of £5k and a relocation allowance of £5k.
