The practice is now looking for a highly motivated senior veterinary surgeon who can thrive in this high-quality practice. Duties include providing high quality clinical care to all pets and an outstanding client experience whilst helping to create and maintain an efficient clinic. This role would suit a clinically experienced vet, with any special interests a benefit, who is wanting to progress and help to manage and support the clinical team alongside the Clinic Director and current management structure.
- Drive to work towards clinical excellence within first opinion practice, passion for small animal medicine
- Confidence in making strong clinical recommendations and being able to coach less experienced team members in making these
- Confidence in supporting less experienced team members with further medical work ups, which will arise from clinical recommendations
- Leadership qualities to enable successful support of less experienced team members,
The team are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join them for 40 hours per week, with the hours split across 4 week days and a share of 1:4 Saturday mornings and no out of hours.
Salary is up to £70k pa plus there's a relocation allowance if required up to £5k.
