Our client has a two-branch practice offering a mixed animal service to the surrounding area.  They are now looking for a full or part time Registered Veterinary Nurse to join them.

Over the two practices the team consists of 6 full time equivalent Vets, as well as an ever-expanding nursing team of currently 5 Registered Veterinary Nurses as well as a dedicated reception team and nursing assistants. They are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join them. The ideal candidate will be confident in many aspects of practice such as general anaesthetic, inpatient care and nurse clinics. This is an impressive purpose-built practice consisting of orthopaedic and soft tissues theatres as well as a radiography suite including dental x-ray, endoscopy and ultrasound. The practice also has separate kennels and cattery, isolation unit, an in-house laboratory as well as three consultation rooms.

The ideal candidate will work 35-40 hours per week over a 4-day week on a set shift pattern. Successful candidates will also be required to participate in a providing a limited out of hours service on a rota for 1 night duty during the week and 1 in 5 weekends, this would include a Saturday morning shift of 8.30am-2.00pm They are happy to consider part time applicants.
