Our client in Solihull, West Midlands are looking to hire an experienced veterinary surgeon to join the in a Clinical Director capacity.  This role would suit an vet experienced in leading a team, as Senior Veterinary Surgeon, Lead Veterinary Surgeon or Clinical Director.  Perhaps in a smaller location.

They have a large team of 15 vets and 25 on the nursing team at various stages of training/qualification across their practices including the dedicated night team.  
Half the vet team currently have certificates or are studying towards one.

Areas that can be encouraged and supported due to extensive equipment and caseload are:
  • Orthopaedics
  • Soft tissue surgery
  • Internal medicine
  • Exotics
  • Dermatology
The role will involve clinical work as well as managerial and business development.  For areas that might be new to candidates, training and support will be provided.

Solihull is easily commutable from Solihull:
