The facilities are outstanding and include real time blood labs, endoscopes and extensive orthopedic kit and they are fully equipped to deal with complex soft tissue surgery and cardiology etc They routinely carry out TTA, fracture repairs and knee surgery
    The team contains certificate holders and they welcome further cert holders or someone who is looking to complete one in the future.

    This team can offer great benefits and a competitive salary and good progression. The rota runs from Monday to Sunday with the following 2 weeks off, with a generous Salary of up to 50k for the right person

    Our hospital client based on the outskirts of Greater Manchester are looking for an experienced ECC Vet to join their night team.
    This well-equipped practice is highly regarded in the local community and has its own dedicated OOH facility where the team are committed to providing continuity of care that can be relied upon 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

    The rolling rota is great for those looking for a good work life balance; working 7 nights on 14 nights off, and runs from Thursday to Thursday so the weekend requirement is just 1:3.

    They operate at a high clinical standard, the business constantly works to raise standards of veterinary care in the region and as a nurse training practice, continue to develop and invest in their team as part of their ethos.

    The successful candidate will be someone who takes pride in being an excellent general practitioner with ability in all areas of veterinary practice. You must be confident and competent in emergency practice and be capable to deal with all aspects of a critical care role and will have the support of an RVN in practice alongside you.
    You will have excellent communication and people skills and enjoy the variety and diversity of small animal practice. You will also share the teams belief that good veterinary care requires both a partnership with the owner alongside the clinical skills of the veterinary team.


    All positions are permanent and in return the team offer excellent support and mentoring, with certificates encouraged.

    Our Shropshire based hospital have a vacancy for an experienced veterinary surgeon to join their dedicated night team.

    Working a 7 on 7 off rota the successful candidate will enjoy a great work life balance as well as a really varied caseload as the service covers the on call for a number of local practices. The vet will work sole charge with the on call nurse. Working sole charge vets must be experienced in an ECC environment or be confident with emergency, unplanned cases.

    The practice is well equipped with CT scanner, Ultrasound, Digital X-Ray, full lab, orthopaedic kit.

    Mentorship and support will be offered if candidates are looking to pursue a certificate in ECC and will be actively funded by our client.

    Our independent client have two vacancies for emergency vets in their hospital. The are happy to work with all successful candidates to create a mutually acceptable rota. The roles are full time, however, they can also consider multiple part time vets.

    Our South London client would like an additional veterinary surgeon, ideally experienced in emergency work but certainly with 3 to 4 years practice based experience in the UK.

    Supporting a number if practices in the area, this is a very busy night service, which as is the nature varies form night to night. The successful candidate will work with an RVN experienced in emergency work.

    For candidates wanting to start a certificate, this will be supported by our client. Of course, candidates currently studying towards or who have completed the certificate, will be welcomed.

    The rota for this role involves working 7 nights followed by 14 nights off.



    Experienced Night Vet required for cutting edge practice based in South Yorkshire.

    This progressive 24-hour practice are looking for a night vet to join their Night Rota, across the business they have a team of fifteen vets plus support staff and are a great supportive and friendly practice. The rota is 7 nights on 7 off and you will be involved in all aspects of routine surgical and medical practice plus emergency and critical care cases. Ideally you will have an interest or certificate in the area, however this can be supported for the right person. The team includes Certificate holders and others who are currently studying

    Facilities include all the usual equipment such as Ultrasound and Digital X-Ray, but also a full endo-surgery suite, orthopaedic surgical equipment, hydrotherapy and CT scanner, and the practice have recently opened a new extension to take referrals too

    Exciting new opportunity for an experienced Night vet to join a progressive Tier 3 hospital based close to Leeds in West Yorkshire. This practice deal with a mix of caseload from the routine emergencies to overnight care for the referral side of the business, which includes surgery, Cardiology, oncology, dermatology, ophthalmology and imaging, carried out by a team of certificate and diploma holders.

    This dedicated night team take care of the emergency provision for their hospital and 5 branches and other practices across the area. The rota is very attractive at 7 nights on and 14 nights off, you will work from 7pm till 8am. This gives ample time to spend with both morning and evening teams to ensure a seamless crossover between the shifts, in order to provide the very best continuity of care.

    The facilities in the hospital are excellent, with CT scanner, various flexible and rigid scopes, ultrasound and access to an MRI twice a month.

    Salary is based on targeted on securing and keeping the very best candidates and can be up to 65k for the right person. Excellent CPD allowance of funding and time is given plus other benefits

    This is a busy site so candidates are expected to have around 3 years experience and be comfortable with such procedures as GDS, C-Sections, emergency diagnostics and medical cases.

    Ideally candidates will have started a certificate in ECC or be looking to start one. Our client is happy to fund ECC certificates.

    As part of the night team, the successful candidate will work alongside an experienced RVN.
