The small team are looking for a self-starter who can flourish when working in a remote team, someone who wants to provide the best customer experience and who is confident liaising with the veterinary team and manufacturers to resolve vet-specific or product-specific enquiries.
You must be able to think on your feet and work autonomously, plus have a proven track record with supporting the customer journey and driving improvement to customer engagement. Ideally you will have a minimum of 2-3 years professional experience working with customers and be keen and enthusiastic with a real desire to make a difference.
You must be brilliant at attention to detail, prioritising and managing your own workload due to the nature of working remotely. You must also be confident speaking directly to prospective and existing customers over the phone, whilst being understanding and empathetic towards their needs.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to learning, using new software and tools where available, and be computer literate and proficient in Office Suite. You will share in the teams passion for their mission to keep pets healthy and above all else have a love for cats and dogs.

They are looking to welcome another full time RVN into practice to work in their main branch over a 40 hour week. Shifts comprise of either 8.30-4.30 or 11-7 and there are no OOH’s . Saturdays are worked on a 1:4 basis and are a 6 hour shift
The team are happy to look at applications for newly qualified or experienced, and if you have a clinical coach qualification, or are happy to train for one then all the better.

• Communicating with clients, meeting and greeting and completing registrations

• Overseeing the running and management of your branch with support from our Senior Leadership Team

• Identifying areas of development within your branches and team and having the autonomy and support to see these through
The Halton branch is an operating branch which is located approximately 15 minute drive from the M1, making it easily accessible for those living outside of the local area. They have excellent facilities including digital x-ray and dental x-ray, ultrasound, in-house biochemistry, excellent anaesthetic monitoring equipment including capnography and blood pressure monitoring, separate dog and cat wards as well as vet and nurse consulting rooms.
The ideal candidate will offer the highest standards of clinical and client care, empathy and be willing to provide valuable peer support to our student veterinary nurses and patient care assistants.
