The staff different interests, with team members undergoing further training by certificates or having those that have achieved certification status. The practice is based in the City Centre and has excellent transport links, shops and food outlets. They are equipped with some incredible facilities including a Dental X-ray, Ultrasound, Digital X-ray and access to scope. They have recently increased the surgical caseload to include BOAS surgery and they are re-launching their nurse clinics with in-house training. The team is friendly and fun and are dedicated to ensuring the happiness of all staff and take well-being afternoons very seriously.
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing high-quality clinical care to all pets. You will provide an outstanding client experience and help to create and maintain an efficient clinic. The shift pattern is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 am – 7 pm with a share of Saturdays and time given back in lieu. No out of hours requirement. You will be highly motivated veterinary nurse who can thrive in this high-quality practice.

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be part of a multi-group practice which includes a 24-hour branch caring for inpatients overnight and taking emergencies 24/7 from local branches, as well as from other Veterinary practices in the area. You will work closely with the team across all five branches providing a high level of patient and client care, supporting the Veterinary Surgeons, trainee Nurses and support team to provide an all-round quality service.
This is a full-time role with varying shift patterns, working 1 in 6 weekends with no OOH, however part-time will also be considered. The successful applicant will ideally be an RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse. The ideal candidate will ideally have experience working in similar environment. However, the role is suitable for anyone looking to develop their nursing skills and looking for a new challenge, including newly qualified nurses. Full training will be given in all areas. Having excellent communication skills, the ability to work well within a team and a strong work ethic is essential.

This is the main branch for the group of 3 practices and has 4/5 Vets and 5/6 nurses working from it. The team have access to the well-equipped branch with access to digital X-ray, operating theatre, orthopaedic equipment, ultrasound, in-house blood machines, and urinalysis.
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours across 5 days per week plus a contribution to the weekend and out-of-hours rota. This will equate to working one weekend on-call and one Saturday morning at nearby Thetford surgery; one of each in a 11–12 week cycle.
Every three weeks, you will work one on-call evening. After 10pm Monday-Thursday, from 6pm on Friday, and from 5pm on Saturday/Sundays the teams out-of-hours work goes to a local out-of-hours provider. So the on-call then is for inpatients only.
Salary will be dependant on experience and you will be well reimbursed with extra pay for any out-of-hours work.
You will receive a generous CPD allowance, RCVS fees paid, and a generous employee discount on pet care.

Duties will include working in rotation providing nurse consultations and peri-operative nursing. The consultations include the standard paediatric weigh & worming, post-operative checks, microchipping etc. In addition to the usual appointments, the nurses have the freedom to create and deliver targeted appointments such as: weight management, geriatric cat consults, behavioural and many more.
They are always looking to develop their nurses in areas of their interest and are happy to support you through courses to enhance your skills and still offering a good work life balance. Shift swaps are accommodated to ensure you don't miss out on personal commitments.
The rota will include working 1 to 5 days a week with the hours being between 15 and 40. This will include a cover for their own OOH on a 1:4 to 1:5 weeknight and weekend rota. Saturday afternoons and Sundays are open for emergencies only and staff are not required to be on site.

The rota will involve working 38 hours a week over 4 days from 8:00am – 6:30pm. There will be 1 in 4 Saturdays and no out-of-hours.
